This product might look like very simple - leather strap and snap hook attached. No big deal.
However there are few things which define good leash and difference between 2 looking alike leashes can be crucial.

2 most important factors are appropriate materials - selecting good raw leather is something only expert can handle.
It should be smooth, not to sturdy and not to stretching, color should not transfer to hands or clothes, should be tanned using dogs safe chemicals.
We use well balanced soft, not to stretchy, European made, fairly thick leather. Leather like this will make your leash experience perfect.

Selecting snap hook is also task for professional - it should be smooth, better material, not welded, without plating and from reliable supplier with guaranteed spring performance.
We use brass polished smooth performance traditional loop design snap hooks.

You can use those leashes for walking or for agitation training. please request braided leash without rivets for agitation.
While braided and at the same time riveted leash might look more secure the real story is that rivet creates unnecessary stress point which can cause break on the longer term.

I received the order yesterday. Overall, I'm very happy with the leash. I had one similar to it for several years, and my 9 month old Airedale snapped it a couple weeks ago. Yours is a bit wider and appears much stronger. I don't expect this one to snap.
