"Greetings I am writing to provide you with feedback on my recent order. I don’t know who was more excited to open the box when it arrived days after my order. Quinley our German Shepherd, or myself. Living on beautify Vancouver Island, BC Canada the selection of professional canine equipment is limited to chain stores serving the domestic market. I find myself ordering from other places in Canada, or from the USA. I have to say, that, like so many of your other customers, I am impressed thus far with the quality of the merchandise sold to us. My only regret is that I had spent several weeks playing with your site adding items, removing items that I ended up ordering the wrong harness, well, not really wrong as I had two or three selected at one time only to order one. The harness I really needed was the one with a fully reflective band. I will order that one the next time. In the past I have purchased 3/8 long lines from the local stores, but ended up going through them fairly quickly. In the end, I purchased a one inch wide line from a Canadian professional supplier. That line has held up well, but it too is starting to fray. Now, I have received leather lines from your company – and wow, do they look professional and of a high quality. The other item I found confusing was dumbbells. I ended up only ordering a single dumbbell even though the photo showed several different sizes in the photo. I guess I should have read the description. I do like the idea of adding additional items at a further discount, and would like to learn more about the 30% discount on future items. I also like the method of shipping using the post office as this saves me being held hostage by the couriers. Nanamo, BC"
